Syngeneic Tumor Models for TME Research

Relying on the tumor microenvironment center technology platform, Alfa Cytology provides customized services for syngeneic tumor animal models for TME research, helping researchers successfully achieve their research goals.

Introduction

The syngeneic model is the inoculation of a tumor cell line of homologous background origin into immunologically sound inbred mice. The recipient mouse has an intact murine immune system that is fully immunologically active and compatible with the syngeneic tumor tissue, maximizing the real-life simulation of the tumor microenvironment, with the disadvantage that the transplanted mouse tissue may not fully represent the complexity of human tumors in clinical situations. With the ability to retain an intact immune system, the syngeneic model is particularly suitable for immunology-based studies of targeted tumor and microenvironment therapies and provides an effective way to explore the role of tumor therapy in the presence of a functional immune system.

Services

At Alfa Cytology, we have established a mature tumor microenvironment center technology platform with a group of experienced tumor model customization experts and proven technology to build all types of tumor models for tumor and microenvironment studies. Among them, we provide a wide range of rodent homologous tumor models, including breast cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, melanoma, lung cancer, brain cancer and other types; and we provide a variety of pharmacological assessment tools such as tumor growth curve/body weight curve, blood biochemical index, pathological testing (frozen section, paraffin section, HE staining, immunohistochemistry, etc.), flow and molecular assays, which can meet your various needs for drug mechanism of action analysis. We can meet your needs for drug mechanism of action analysis.

The customization services we offer for syngeneic tumor models include:

Alfa Cytology offers you a wide range of validated syngeneic cell line derived models such as: DLBCL lymphoma (A20), T-cell lymphoma (EL4), leukemia (L1210, WEHI-3), lung (LLC1, LLC1-luc, KLN205) and many more.

Alfa Cytology has established dozens of preclinical tumor models derived from syngeneic mice for the study of how tumors and the microenvironment function in the presence of a functional immune system.

Alfa Cytology has established a set of carcinogen-inducible mouse models for various tumor types such as hepatocyte, lung, cervical, and leukemia to meet the different needs of our customers.

Alfa Cytology provides you with many validated tumor models in which a variety of spontaneous mouse models are cultured, including NHL, prostate cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, etc.

Note: Our services list is constantly being updated and improved, please contact us by email for more up-to-date and relevant information.

Inoculation sites

  • Subcutaneous: facilitates direct observation of tumor growth
  • In situ: mimics the source environment of tumor growth
  • Systemic injection: intraperitoneal or intravenous to monitor tumor spread
