Joint Analysis of Multiple Single-cell Omics in TME

Relying on the tumor microenvironment center technology platform, Alfa Cytology provides TME research with multi-omics conjoint analysis services at the single-cell level, helping researchers successfully achieve their research goals.

Introduction

Tumor heterogeneity, including genetic, epigenetic, phenotypic, and functional heterogeneity, plays a crucial role in tumor progression. Investigating the origin of tumor (intra/inter) heterogeneity has been a focus of research. Single-cell techniques have shown great advantages in dissecting cellular composition and its molecular characteristics, providing an opportunity to reveal the mixed state of individual cells within the tumor microenvironment (TME). In addition, single-cell technology has a powerful ability to identify rare cell populations and to distinguish between tumor and non-tumor cellular components, as well as infer interactions within or between these cellular components. Therefore, single-cell technology can be used to classify molecular subtypes, explore tumor heterogeneity, monitor treatment response, identify new therapeutic targets, and more. The current scientific research has begun to gradually transition from the study of a single omics to the combined use of multiple omics, so that the biological significance can be jointly analyzed from multiple levels. The same is true for single-cell studies. For example, single-cell transcriptomics can be combined with conventional genomics studies to analyze the biological properties of individual cells from multiple dimensions.

Services

At Alfa Cytology, we have established a mature tumor microenvironment center technology platform, with a group of experienced tumor microenvironment research experts and mature technologies. We provide efficient single-cell-level multi-omics analysis services in the TME to our global clients to help in detailing tumors and the tumor microenvironment.

Service content

  • Combined analysis of transcriptome and epigenome

It can obtain information on gene expression and ATAC (accessibility of chromatin) /methylation in the same tumor-associated cell, improving the chance of discovering different tumor cell types or states, and further revealing the mechanism of gene regulation. Combine discovery of regulatory elements with gene expression to explore gene regulatory interactions that drive tumor cell differentiation, development and disease.

  • Combined analysis of proteome and transcriptome

It can simultaneously measure transcripts and proteins from a single cell, providing scientists with post-transcriptional studies to analyze differences between protein and transcript levels.

Service advantages

  • Joint multi-omics study: polymorphism localization to cell populations obtained from transcriptome and other omics data analysis, reflecting the state of tumor cells in the population.
  • Project experience: partners all over the world, several scientific results published in top journals.
  • Cutting-edge information analysis content: upgraded bioinformatics analysis with newer analysis software for multidimensional analysis of polymorphisms.
  • One-stop single-cell research service: provide flow sorting service to realize the sorting of immune cell purpose, one-stop realization from tissue to data and avoid repeated freeze-thawing of cells.
