Single-cell Epigenome in TME

Relying on the tumor microenvironment center technology platform, Alfa Cytology provides single-cell epigenome detection and analysis services for TME research, helping researchers successfully achieve their research goals.

Introduction

Epigenetics is an important regulatory link between genomics and cellular phenotype, which can play a role in transcriptional regulation through chromatin accessibility/chromosome opening, DNA and histone modifications, enhancer-promoter interactions, nucleosome arrangement, and three-dimensional conformation of chromatin, etc.

Currently, single-cell-based transcriptome sequencing technology is able to resolve the morphologically indistinguishable heterogeneity of different cells in the tumor microenvironment. The heterogeneity is of great importance for tumor and microenvironment studies. The continuous advancement of single-cell epigenome sequencing at the technical level has made it possible to study epigenomics at the single-cell level. Mapping this epigenomic information in samples at the single cell level enables researchers to clearly understand whether the genes of interest are in expression or repressed states, and to preliminarily elucidate the epigenetic mechanisms that determine cellular transcriptional heterogeneity in the tumor microenvironment (TME).

Services

At Alfa Cytology, we have established a mature tumor microenvironment center technology platform, with a group of experienced tumor microenvironment research experts and mature technologies. Our global customers provide efficient single-cell epigenome sequencing and analysis services of tumors and microenvironments, helping you in the exploration of tumor and microenvironment heterogeneity.

Alfa Cytology provides high quality single-cell whole genome methylation sequencing and single cell defined region methylation sequencing service for TME study.

This technique quantifies DNA methylation, similar to single-cell genome sequencing, but with the addition of bisulfite treatment prior to sequencing.

Alfa Cytology provides assay for transposase accessible chromatin (ATAC) with high-throughput sequencing for TME study.

Open regions of chromatin are the basis for the interaction of specific trans-acting factors and cis-acting elements, and abnormal gene expression and or changes in chromatin regulators can have serious effects on cells, leading to the development and progression of various diseases.

This technology is a high-throughput sequencing technique that uses transposases to study chromatin accessibility, allowing the detection of cellular chromatin open regions at the single-cell level, revealing the source of intercellular variation and showing the connection between chromatin organization and intercellular variation.

Alfa Cytology provides high quality single-cell chromatin immune-precipitation (ChIP) sequencing and analysis service for TME study.

This technical service is used to analyze protein-DNA interactions and identify binding sites for DNA-associated proteins. In epigenomics, this is often used to assess histone modifications (e.g. methylation), or to identify transcription factor binding sites.

Alfa Cytology provides high quality single-cell chromosome conformation capture (often abbreviated to 3C/ Hi-C) service for TME study.

Tumor microenvironment single-cell Hi-C identifies intercellular variability in 3D chromatin organization in the tumor microenvironment, which is key information about the role of genome folding and gene expression in cells.
