It has been shown that multiple inflammatory signaling pathways are cross-linked and involved in the development of certain tumors. Solutions

There are four phases of the inflammatory response: inflammatory inducers (infection or tissue damage), inflammatory receptors (mast cells and macrophages), inflammatory mediators (cytokines such as TNF, VEGF, IL-1, chemokines such as CXCL12, CCL27, CCl21, others), and affected tissues. Key technologies

Multi-omics integration analysis of tumor inflammation signaling pathways. Statistical analysis such as normalization, comparative analysis and correlation analysis are performed on batch data from different biomolecular levels such as genome, transcriptome, proteome, metabolome and lipidome to establish data relationships between different levels of molecules. We also combine GO functional analysis, metabolic pathway enrichment, molecular interactions and other biofunctional analyses to systematically and comprehensively analyze biomolecular functions and regulatory mechanisms. The integration and analysis of histological data at different molecular levels can, on the one hand, verify each other and, on the other hand, help to complement each other, and finally achieve a comprehensive understanding of the general trends and directions of biological changes, propose models of molecular biological change mechanisms, and screen out key metabolic pathways or proteins, genes, metabolites, and lipid products for subsequent in-depth experimental analysis and application.

Alfa Cytology uses viral technology to assist in the study of tumor inflammatory signaling pathways. Lentiviral vectors are used to construct and screen stable transfected cell lines for the study of signaling pathway activity. By stably transfecting cells with reporter genes whose expression is controlled by key transcription factors of signaling pathways, such as EGFP and luciferase, the activation and inactivation status of the corresponding signaling pathways in cells can be detected visually and conveniently. It can be used for corresponding cellular receptor agonist and antagonist experiments, multiple cellular function experiments, etc.
